Strategic Consulting
Mb4 has assisted numerous companies throughout the world by authoring their investment documents and performing the preliminary due diligence on their projects; through our offices and partnerships in Asia, Africa and South America. An example of a project we collaborated on was the formation of a solar farm in an African country. Our role was to secure the rights of the farm from the national government. We were able to obtain the rights with assistance through our local partner. Another one of our projects was establishing the parameters and authoring the document for a “Pay As You Go” project also in Africa.
Start-ups
In 2020 Mb4 undertook a project to assist a start-up in branding their products and scale. The company experienced a 400% growth over a 6 months period and is continuously growing through various pop-ups, social media and other channels. In 2022 Mb4 partnered with a small healthcare company to provide them strategic advisory services. Through our efforts the company not only grew 150% but we also put in place a system of effective financial practices. These practices are utilized to support business policies, establish accountability, and provide step-by-step instructions for completing a task or activity.
Environmental Management
In 2019 Mb4 became a partner of an Environmental Management company located in Asia. We are now able to offer our clients the services of a premiere international environmental engineering company who can perform impact, sustainability, feasibility studies, population impact, resettlement and Urban Planning. Our team of environmental scientist and engineers can assist you in defining the parameters of your project and its social and environmental impact.
