Regina Mead

Regina Mead has experience in building companies as a serial entrepreneur for the past 30 years having built a multi-million construction company.  Within the first 2 years the company became a game-changer for the region, set precedent in establishing green roofing systems in the high-end roofing market and the go to company for trouble shooting roofing issues.

Her love of travel led her to success in the international markets with a primary focus in frontier and emerging markets where she established her brand quickly. With her intuitive disposition she has successfully established her company in the Asian, South American and African Markets. Through her efforts and the in-country partners she works with; she has been extremely effective in navigating the political maze in various frontier markets and has assisted her clients in obtaining contracts and financing for energy projects. Her company was identified to participate in the development of a large swath of land in the DRC as well a speaker on Generational Wealth and Family Business’s.  


Regina believes a company is only as good as the people you work with and works with some of the most brilliant minds; as a result, her company has represented US, European and Asian Brands from Fortune 100 to Fortune 1000. With her knowledge of frontier and emerging markets Regina has spent the last 15 years working in some of the most remote locations. An outdoors person she has traveled to over fifty countries and has trekked to remote areas in Thailand which could only be reached by foot. 

Ms. Mead began her career as a financial analyst with a Fortune 50 company. As a consultant with the DOD, she was responsible for creating economic and statistical matrices to determine variable risk factors. These models were driven by data supplied by Aeronautical and Reliability Engineers.  

Regina was invited to participate in the Waste to Energy Symposium in Khartoum, Sudan at the request of the UNECA and African Union as well as the symposium on Structural Governance and Transformation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. She sits on the board of an Environmental Engineering Company, Off-Grid Energy Company and invest in and advises start-up companies. Her project documentation has been utilized to arrange financing for over 7b in investments.  

Recently, Ms. Mead took a small healthcare company and scaled it whereby their profit grew by 43% in less than 6 months.

She has been nominated to ITAC(Industry Trade and Advisory Committee), a recipient of the EWAC Artemis Award, which was presented in Greece, the Anna Del Valle award, which was presented in Chile, a participant of APEC/WLN (Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation/Women’s Leaders Network), FCEM and other international Organizations. Ms. Mead also holds certificates in Project Management: Conflict Resolution, Strategic Negotiation and LEED, as well as being a past member of USGBC and PMI. She received her degree in Economics from Bryant University.

Yun Hengku

Mr. Hengku has spent the past last 15 years working in the financial sector, where he has been extremely successful in assisting numerous companies in navigating the project development maze. 

Mr. Hengku began his career as shipbuilding engineer and designer in Korea and China. With his success in the engineering sector and his close attention to detail; Yun has spent over 30 years identifying deficiencies in projects prior to deployment. As a user representative, Yun has advocated on behalf of his clients to ensure adherence to WBS, design and project life cycle. His close attention to detail and possible risk factors has saved companies millions of dollars. His consistent performance in identifying and mitigating potential risk, has made him a highly sought after experienced professional in the world of project development, project management, finance and risk mitigation.

Emadelyn Monsanto

Location: Manila Philippines


Emadelyn “Lynn” Monsanto is an environment and social safeguards specialist with over 20 years of experience in these fields. She has been strongly involved in development projects funded by the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Japan International cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), mostly in the Philippines but also internationally. She has worked on projects related to roads, bridges, expressways, bridges, drainage system, urban transport, ports and harbors, flood control, irrigation, water supply, agriculture, multipurpose water resource development, integrated water resources management (IWRM), solid waste management and watershed/river basin management. She acts as Team Leader in environmental, resettlement and real estate projects, working with inter-disciplinary team of technical experts.

She also serves as consultant on environment and resettlement in big ticket real estate development projects in the Philippines. Lately, she has been actively involved in start-up ecosystem in Philippines and has been leading many local green growth and sustainable solution-based social enterprises. These include housing development, waste-to-energy solutions, natural farming systems and health and wellness. Her work includes communicating and advancing locally-led sustainable development programmes to international communities for access of relevant technical expertise, setting up partnerships and access to financial resources. She studied BS Geology at the University of the Philippines in Diliman; BS in Education major in Science at the University of Southern Mindanao; and MS in Environmental Studies at the University of the Philippines Mindanao. She also completed a Certificate in Program and Project Management (Carbon Reduction Technology) at the HIDA-Tokyo Kenshu Center in Japan. Lynn is a PRC-licensed environmental planner and real estate service professional.
